Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
 - 2 cloves garlic peeled and chopped
 - 12 ounces baby spinach
 - salt and pepper to taste
 - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
 - 8 ounces cream cheese
 - 1/2 cup almond milk
 
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
 - Stir in the garlic and baby spinach. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes, until spinach is wilted.
 - Mix in salt and pepper. Remove from heat and transfer to a medium bowl.
 - Melt cream cheese into almond milk over low heat. Add to spinach.
 - Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese into the bowl with the spinach mixture.
 - Transfer mixture to a medium baking dish.
 - Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
